Wineries

Meerea Park
Meerea Park is owned by Rhys and Garth Eather who handcraft their wines using fruit grown on some of the Hunter Valley's oldest and best vineyard sites. They are the Hunter Valley "terroirists"; specializing in individual vineyard Semillon and Shiraz, sourced from unique vineyard sites, each being quite different, the wines expressing clearly where they are from. They seek out the oldest vineyards on the best soils that they can for their Shiraz and Semillon that have a track record for producing the best possible fruit in both good and not so good vintages.

Petersons Wines
Mount View Cellar Door. Situated on a small hill surrounded by Vineyards: the position is perfect, with uninterrupted views of Mount Sugarloaf and the Watagan Mountains. Restaurants

Bistro Molines
With a loyal following of locals and visitors from Newcastle, Sydney and beyond, the menu reflects a commitment to locally sourced, in season produce but keeps the long time favourites.Robert’s menu doesn’t stray far from his French roots. You can take le français out of la France but you can never take la France out of le français. And this is never more evident than when Robert prepares the dishes of his native Provence or shows off his and Sally’s passions – the herb and vegetable garden outside the restaurant kitchen door or eggs from Robert's ‘girls’. "A love of good food, good wine and good friends, is like bees to a honey pot!"- Sally Molines
