Congratulations to Rock Restaurant - the only Hunter Valley Restaurant with 2 SMH Chefs Hats! Rock is one of Heidis favourite restaurants in the Hunter Valley. Their degustation dinner is sensational and Sommelier Stephane will wow you with his wine knowledge.
Another of my favourites Bistro Molines has retained their 1 Chefs Hat. We love Sally and Robert. I enjoyed lunch at Bistro Molines in early October and have put a few pics here for you.
